Get some great deals on dance wear sale items at the Greenville Ballet’s Dance Wear Auction. Now thru September 5th at 9:00 p.m. you can bid on any of the 49 items for sale starting at $1.00! Go to and start bidding TODAY!

The auction will benefit Greenville Ballet, Inc., the non-profit arm of the Greenville Ballet which produces ballet performances and has an outreach program to help elementary school children to attend live performances at a very low cost.

The Greenville Ballet School is also selling dancewear at its 105 Woodruff Industrial Lane location. Available items include the School uniforms, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers. Hours starting August 28 are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:00-5:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m.

The store is also open Saturday, August 19 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. and August 22, 23, and 24 from 4:00-6:30 p.m.




About the Author: Andrew Kuharsky

Mr. Kuharsky is a graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School. He was an apprentice with the Joffrey Ballet in New York, a principal dancer with The Atlanta Ballet, and a soloist with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens in Montreal. He has directed the dance programs at the SC Governor's School for the Arts and the Greenville County Schools' Fine Arts Center.
