Tickets to the Greenville Ballet Nutcracker are now on sale. Reserved seats can be purchased at the Greenville Ballet School, Timmons Arena Box office at Furman University, and through Ticketmaster by phone, online, or at outlet locations. Tickets for the 3:00 pm. performance on Saturday, December 15 are $26, $24, or $22.

Greenville Ballet NutcrackerArtistic Director Andrew Kuharsky’s version of the Tchaikovsky holiday classic has been performed annually in Greenville since 1984. Guest artists join nearly 100 local dancers to tell the story of young Clara and her adventures. Nearly 2,000 local school students will enjoy a special school matinée at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 14.

About the Author: Andrew Kuharsky

Mr. Kuharsky is a graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School. He was an apprentice with the Joffrey Ballet in New York, a principal dancer with The Atlanta Ballet, and a soloist with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens in Montreal. He has directed the dance programs at the SC Governor's School for the Arts and the Greenville County Schools' Fine Arts Center.
