Schedule for Spring Showcase

On Tuesday, May 14, there will be no Pre-Ballet, Ballet, or Performance classes at the School because we will have the following schedule at McAlister Auditorium, Furman University:

DRESS REHEARSAL – Tuesday, May 14

This means you need to have all your dancewear, shoes, accessories, etc. just as if it were a performance.
Please arrive at the theater with your hair and make-up already done.

Pre-Ballet & Level 1 Ballet

4:00 pm Dancers Arrive, we hope to be done by 6:00 pm

Ballet Levels 2/3/4

5:00 pm Dancers Arrive, we hope to be done by 7:00 pm

Pointe / Levels 5 and 6 / Modern

6:00 pm Dancers are ready to go, we will be done by 10:00 pm

PERFORMANCE – Thursday, May 16

Please arrive at the theater with your hair and make-up already done.

4:30 pm Theater open
5:00 pm Levels 2/3/4/5/6 Dancers latest arrival
5:15 pm Levels 5/6, Modern Warm-Up On Stage
5:45 pm Pre-Ballet & Level 1 Dancers Arrive
6:00 pm House Opens
6:30 pm Performance

Tickets

Tickets will be available at the door for $15 each CASH ONLY, exact amount appreciated. We encourage you to buy your tickets in advance at the studio. Everyone must have a ticket including young children and volunteers (not including performers).

About the Author: Andrew Kuharsky

Mr. Kuharsky is a graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School. He was an apprentice with the Joffrey Ballet in New York, a principal dancer with The Atlanta Ballet, and a soloist with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens in Montreal. He has directed the dance programs at the SC Governor's School for the Arts and the Greenville County Schools' Fine Arts Center.
