Students in Intermediate 3, 4, and Advanced Ballet are invited to join us this spring for “Five Free Fridays.” This series of five workshops will be held on Fridays January 27, February 10, March 3, March 31, and April 21 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. We would like to introduce students to new stretches, exercises, cross-training ideas, and experiences that will enhance their ballet training and help them to better understand their body and how it works.
We will cover these five topics:
- Stability Ball
- Stamina and Endurance
You must enroll in the class online through your account or our app no later than January 26.
